SUSTAINABILITY
We only use wood from very old olive trees that have come to the end of their natural fruiting life and have already been replaced with younger, more productive trees.

In yet another step in our sustainability and eco-friendly mission, we now work with the tree planting charities, Greenspark and the Eden Reforestation Projects, whose mission is to combat worldwide deforestation by employing local communities to plant trees, providing an empowering means to alleviate extreme poverty through environmental stewardship.

Each board has been carved from one piece of olive wood, which is a very beautiful and very hard wood. Every piece is completely unique with stunning grain patterns and colour and a rustic, organic bottom edge.

Care instructions: 
Hand wash with hot, light soapy water. Treat occasionally with olive, coconut or any other food grade oil. A care guide is included in with your board.

11.8" x 5.9" x 0.8" (30cm x 15cm x 2cm) - as above but for vegetable for serving a two of three cheeses. 

15.7" x 6.7" x 0.8" (40cm x 17cm x 2cm) -  a great all rounder, inc bread and meat carving, charcuterie, etc. 

19.7" x 7" x 0.8" (50cm x 18cm x 2cm)  - our largest size where you can really show off your cheese and charcuterie serving skills!
